jChicago is a free service helping members of the Chicago Jewish community exchange information on jobs, events, advice, sales, and more through an email listserv. In addition to the listserv, on the jChicago.net website Chicago Jewish community members can add events to the community calendar, list services in the business directory, post homes for sale in the real estate section, and find restaurants and discount gift cards in the Kosher restaurant directory.
Mosaic Chicago Mosaic organizes outdoor, active, and/or environmental activities for Jewish adults. Mosaic serves Jews of all ages, both married and single, who share a love for nature and the outdoors. They are planning events such as hiking, biking, camping, canoeing, rock climbing, sandcastle building, backpacking, skiing, sailing, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, skating, volleyball, horseback riding, and more!!!

ALEPH ALEPH: the Alliance for Jewish Renewal is a national organization dedicated to reclaiming the Jewish people’s sacred purpose of partnership with the Divine in the inseparable tasks of healing the world (tikkun olam) and healing our hearts (tikkun halev). Havurah Shir Hadash A Jewish Renewal community in southern Oregon under the spiritual guidance of Rabbi David Zaslow P'nai Or (Faces of Light) P'nai Or (Faces of Light) of Princeton, NJ is a small Jewish congregation for those seeking new ways to practice their Judaism. Shabbat services are informal, full of warmth and spirituality, while grounded in tradition. Their rabbi, Marcia Prager, serves as rabbi both of Princeton P'nai Or and of The P'nai Or Religious Fellowship of Philadelphia. She is also author of the book, "The Path of Blessing". Pardes Levavot Pardes Levavot a Jewish Renewal congregation in Boulder, CO. Led by Rabbis Nadya and Victor Gross, their emphasis is on building a warm conscious community. In addition to services every Shabbat, and a weekly chant and meditation group, they also conduct a unique family education program where the emphasis is placed on educating the parents so that they can teach their children.

A national Jewish organization dedicated to the eradication of poverty in America. The site provides links to readings and activities for holidays. It is an excellent resource for planning synagogue social justice programs.

the social action umbrella group for the renewal movement. Rabbi Arthur Waskow is the administrator. At this web site you can find articles on individual political/justice topics, readings on justice themes in the Torah, and readings on justice issues tied to the holiday cycle.

The Chicago Forum is resource for Interfaith families. Its offerings include the monthly newsletter of the Chicago Jewish-Catholic Couples Dialogue Group, an extensive booklist, and news of resources and events of interest to interfaith couples throughout the Chicago area.

The Dovetail Institute is the only national independent organization offering resources on intermarriage to interfaith couples, whether they're looking for help in planning interfaith weddings, dealing with partner issues in their interfaith marriages, facing the challenges of raising an interfaith family, or coping with interfaith relationships in their extended families.

Makom Shalom, in partnership with several interfaith organizations, sponsors affordable housing in Chicago through CCHV. Central City Housing Ventures ("CCHV") is a unique not-for-profit interfaith effort that brings together Chicago's religious, service, and financial communities in a powerful coalition to preserve and expand affordable housing in central Chicago.
